Your contract content belongs to you. Midly never sells your data, never shares it with third parties for commercial purposes, and never uses your contract content to train AI models. When you close your account, your data is yours to export.
Midly is a fully cloud-based platform built on a stack of SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure providers. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit at every layer. We do not offer on-premise deployment.
Midly operates on a strict internal access policy. Midly staff do not read or access your contract content except when you explicitly request support. Within your workspace, role-based permissions control exactly who can view, edit, approve, and sign — your legal team, your deal owners, and your admins each operate within their designated access level.
Midly's AI insights are generated exclusively from your playbook, your workspace settings, and the document you are working on. The AI does not access the internet, does not pull from other customers' data, and does not use your contracts for model training. What you put in is the only thing that informs what you get back.
Midly e-signatures are legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. For EU transactions, signatures meet Simple Electronic Signature (SES) requirements under eIDAS. Every signed document includes a full audit log with signer identity, IP address, timestamp, and SHA-256 document hash for integrity verification.

Midly targets 99.9% uptime. The platform runs on Vercel's global edge network with Cloudflare protection on all traffic. Incidents are communicated directly to affected workspace admins.
