This Notice to California Residents ("California Notice") is provided by Midly Labs Inc. ("Midly Labs," "we," "us") as a supplement to our Privacy Notice. It applies to California residents and describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ("CPRA").
For purposes of this Notice, "personal information" has the meaning given in the CCPA and generally means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

We also do not "share" personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CPRA. Our analytics and advertising partners (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel) operate under data processing agreements for specified purposes and do not receive personal information for their own marketing use.
If our practices change in a way that could constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA, we will update this notice and provide a conspicuous "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our website before any such sharing begins.

Response timeline. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond to the substance of your request within 45 calendar days of receipt. If we need additional time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the reason and the extended timeline.
We will provide our response in a portable, readily usable format. If you request specific pieces of personal information, we will deliver that information electronically via secure means.
